Madan (Kumar) Bhandari  (1952- 1993) was a prominent Nepali political leader belonging to the  CPN (UML) , a democratic communist party in Nepal. -आनन्द कोइराला जापानमा झुटो विवरण पेश गरेर शरणार्थी बन्न आवेदन दिएका सयौ नेपालीहरुलाई घर फर्कनुको विकल्प नरहेको भन्दै एकैसाथ हवाई जाहाज चार्टर गरेर पठाउने तयारी गरिएको खुलासा भएको छ।टोकियो अध्यागमन कार्यालयले गतवर्षको फेव्रुअरीसम्म कुल आवेदक १०,९०१ मध्ये दोश्रो ठूलो सख्याका नेपाली १,४५१ जना मध्येकालार्इ फर्काउन लागेको हो। जापान सरकारले विभिन्न वाहना बनाएर झुटो कागजपत्र र वर्षौ देखि शरणार्थी बन्न आवेदन दिनेहरुलाई घर फर्काउने तयारी सुरु गरेको हो। नेपाल लगायतका केही मुलुकका नागरिकहरुले फरक फरक रुपमा जापान प्रवेश गरी शरणार्थी आवेदन अप्रत्यासित रुपमा बढेका कारण आवेदनमा कढाई गर्नुका साथै पुरानालाई समेत घर फर्काउने तयारी थालेको हो।   हरेक महिनाजसो दर्जन बढी नेपालीहरुलाई काठमाडौँ विमानस्थलसम्म पुर्याएर कागज गराएर फर्काउदै आएको अध्यागमन विभागले केही समययता विभिन्न कारण प्रहरी हिरासतमा रहेका शरणार्थी आवेदकहरु, वर्क परमिट विना काम गर्दागर्दै पक्राउ परेकाहरु, सामाजिक अपराधमा संलग्न तथा महिलाहरुलाई दूव्र्यवहार गरेर पक्राउ परेकाहरुलाई पहिलो चरणमा नै हवाई जाहाज चार्टर गरेर फर्काउन लागेक...

देशको मुहार फेर्ने सपना बोकेको बाबुको अनुयायी भऐतापनि सहि कुरालाई सपोर्ट गरी देश परिवर्तनमा लाग्ने छोरा छोरों मात्र। नभई असल परिवर्तनकारी योद्धा कमरेड साकार लाई हार्दिक श्रद्धान्जली व्यक्त गर्दछु। युद्धमा आफन्त गुमाएका मानिसले भोगेको पिडा अकल्पनीय छ, उहाँहरुलाई रिस उठ्नु स्वभाविक प्रतिक्रिया हो। तर बाँकी अरू रमितेले चाहिँ भर्खर ३६ वर्षको छोरा गुमाएको बाबुलाई गाली गर्नु अमानवीय हो। अनि प्रचण्डकै कारणले उनका दिवंगत छोरालाई श्रद्धाञ्जलि भन्न नसक्ने असहिष्णु र अविवेकी हो!!
